Faster, faster, faster

Ok, not ecxatly faster but keeping fast.
Today at gym I could keep all time over 9km/h! Uhuu!
In the middle of the trainning (arount the 14 th minute) I put the treadmil to 10 km/h and kept it for 2 minutes. The pain came and I reduce to 9. Anyway, was really good not having to go up and down with the speed.

Intercalar 2 minutos andando a 7 km/h e 1 correndo a 10 km/h
Desaceleração: 3 a 5 minutos

Percebeu?

As the objective of my trainning is putting me back on sports the impact is needed and also my stamina (and loss of wheight, but that's another thing).

With that in mind I started today a different trainning on treadmill:
Warm up: 5 minutes starting in 3 and going up to to 6 km/h
Intercalating 2 minutes walking at 7km/h and 1 minute at 10 km/h
Cool down: 3 to 5 minutes

Have you notice? The speed has increased a lot! 10km/h is a nice speed to run :) The only problem is that it's causing some pain and here cames something important: The pain is expected and it should last until you have some impact and ceasing as soon as you stop. If you still in pain after the end of the exercise something is wrong and its better to talk to your doctor.
